Organic Jade Bean Seeds for Gardeners
Category: jade seeds wet lemon
Park Seed Company was founded in 1868 at the kitchen table of a 15-year-old boy who aimed to sell seeds from his own garden for a little pocket money. The motto of our founder, George W. Park, "Your success and pleasure are more to Park than your money," has been the inspiration for the company ever since.
Today, our gardeners number in the millions, yet we still adhere to Mr. Park's original motto - to bring the joys of gardening to as many people as possible. Park Seed offers a wide range of products, including Fruit and Vegetable Seeds, Flower Seeds and Bulbs, as well as Seed Starter Kits and Growing Supplies.
Organic seeds, Heirloom Seeds, and Hybrid Seeds are all available through Park Seed. Organic seeds are grown, harvested, stored, and handled under strict organic rules and procedures. Heirloom Seeds are open-pollinated, allowing you to gather and save seed from year to year, while Hybrid Seeds are the product of cross-pollination, resulting in a new plant/seed that differs from the parents.
It is important for our customers to know that Park Seed does not sell GMO or treated seed. Extremely small seeds are shipped as pelleted seed to make them easier to handle and sow. When sowing, it's important to ensure the seeds are firmly nested in very moist soil.
The ideal temperature to germinate most seeds is approximately 70 degrees Fahrenheit, give or take 1-2 degrees either way. Park Seed offers a variety of Seed Starter Kits, including the Original Bio Dome Seed Starter Kit, which allows you to control the temperature, light, and soil mix to ensure your seeds become strong for transplant.
Beans are an ancient crop found on all continents except Antarctica, and are a dietary staple packed with fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals. They are easy to grow in small spaces or containers, requiring only sunshine and soil, making them a versatile and vital food source.
There are many types of beans to choose from, including Bush Beans, Pole Beans, and Runner Beans. Sow beans in sunny, warm soil after frost danger has passed, from spring to early summer. Sow seeds 3 inches apart, in rows 24 inches apart, and cover with 1 inch of soil. Provide 1 inch of water per week, using a drip or trickle system, and keep the soil moist but not saturated.
Whether you're a new gardener or a seasoned pro, Park Seed has the products and resources to help you grow a successful and enjoyable garden. From seeds to starter kits, we're committed to helping you bring the joys of gardening to your home.
